Our shipping and processing time is 1-10 business days
WE SHIP OUT ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ONLY. Please expect longer or shorter lead times depending on your date of purchase.
Once your order leaves our care, we are no longer responsible. We reserve the right to modify/select other carrier services based on situations, estimated delays, cost and reliability without notice.
Shipping is at buyer's risk. We will make sure to pack your plant(s) with love and care; however, postal delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for damages/delays/losses incurred during shipping.
Check your forecast before placing an order. Make sure to complete your shipping info correctly with any relevant detail (apt, buzz code, etc).
Please expect plant(s) may get shipping shock after a long trip to your hands; your plant(s) may need 1-2 days in proper light, temperature, humidity to bounce back. Please contact us within 12 hours after the quoted delivery time with a video before and during you open the package and clear pictures showing the problem from different angles. And keep the original box until the problem is solved.
